Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the board of directors of the Eureka Development Company, Limited, a corporation corpor-ation under the laws of Utah, held on the 26th day of May, 1906. assessment No. 1, of ten cents per share was levied on the capital cap-ital stock of the corporation, payable immediately im-mediately to the secretary at his office, 307 McCornick block.
