Show Elders' Quorum Gets New Officers The Fourth Elders Quorum has been newly organized with Spencer Squire as president, Seth Asay and Dean Frandsen as counselors and Junior Betts as secretary. Former officers were Glen Allred, who has moved to the Roosevelt Second Ward; LeRoy Anderson goes to the Myton Ward; and Arvin. Bellon, who has moved to the Roosevelt Ward. Miss Eula Brighton, of Salt Lake City, spent the Washington's Washing-ton's birthday week end at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. A. Brighton. Bishop and Mrs. Niles Haslem, of Ashley Ward, attended the Ballard Ward Reunion. They are former members of the Ballard Bal-lard Ward. Bryce White, Darrell McMul-lin McMul-lin and Glen Womack were home from the B.Y.U. to spend the week end. Eric Stolla came home Tuesday, Tues-day, Feb. 19, from Korea, where he had been serving for some time. He took his wife and two children with him to San Diego, Di-ego, California, where he will be stationed. They had been living with Eric's mother while he was overseas. Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Anderson Ander-son attended a ward reunion at Ioka Thursday evening. I Junior Jenkins, son of Mrs. Pearl Jenkins, was seriously injured in-jured Saturday, while he was working in the mountains. He was rushed to the Roosevelt Hospital by Bob Robinson for treatment. Leo Anderson,, from Spring Glen, spent Sunday evening, Feb. 17, at the home of his brother, Angus Anderson. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Birchell, of Vernal, attended the. ward reunion here Friday evening. Bishop Golden . Collins, Jesse Hullinger, Marvin Kettle. Fred Cook, Mrs. Nita White, Melba Eldredge, Ellen Bracken and Barbara vHullinger attended the Stake Sunday School convention conven-tion at Roosevelt Sunday afternoon. after-noon. Mrs. Ralph McMullin and twin daughters, Sharon and Karen, visited recently in Price at the home of Mr. and Mrs Ralph O'Neil. |
