Show Will Cost $600 . . . . ; Road Sign To Jell About Roosevelt ' . Two large signs advertising the City of Roosevelt will be built and erected east and west of the city sometime in the near future at a cost of between $600 and $800, is the announcement announce-ment made by Thomas Gab-bert, Gab-bert, president of the Chamber of Commerce. Also announced by Mr. Gabbert was the appointment appoint-ment of Cliff Rockwood to fill the vacancy on the Highway 40 Association board of directors caused by the death of Homer P. Edwards, who was Roosevelt's Roose-velt's representative. Plans are going forth for the first annual dinner meeting, cheduled for Saturday, March 15, to be held at the Roosevelt L.D.S. Stake House. Gus P. 3ackman. executive secretary of the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce, Com-merce, will be the principal speaker, and invitations are be-Jig be-Jig extended to Price and Vernal Ver-nal groups to attend the dinner. Kiwanis and Lions clubs are being invited to' postpone their egular weekly meeting during-.hat during-.hat week and join with the Chamber of Commerce in its program.
