Show LEOTA By Hazel Wardle Mrs. Leona Jorgensen and her sister, Mrs. A. H. Powell, Effie Powell and Thurmer Rasmussen Ras-mussen went to Salt Lake City recently to do some Temple work. Austin Wardle, who' has been confined to bed for the past four weeks, is improving. Mr. and Mrs. Vern Huff and children, Delora and Jimmie, have come out to their ranch in the valley for the summer. Lee Wardle of the Indian Service, Ser-vice, went to Vernal to' the F.B.I, school last Friday, given for the law and order of the Basin. Mrs. Alberta Wardle recently visited in Jensen with her grandmother, Mrs. Lloyd Gil-roy. Gil-roy. Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Searle have bought the old Parley Miller place and will make their home there. Mrs. Nina Clark, of Arizona, is home visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Jorgensen. Mrs. Don Kolb, of Ouray, visited vis-ited in Roosevelt for 5 days. Her granddaughter, Sonia, came home with her. The Indian MIA had their closing social Wednesday night. Pres. James Bacon attended. An enjoyable time was spent.
