Show Uintah Power Go. Selects Director At recent meetings of the stockholders of the Uintah Power Pow-er and Light Company, the resignation res-ignation of their vice-president was accepted, a new director elected, and the status of an employee em-ployee was changed. The meeting meet-ing was held in the offices in Roosevelt. W. L. Johnson of Vernal, vice-president vice-president and general manager of the company for a long time tendered his resignation, and C. L. Ashton was chosen, as a director to fill Mr. Johnson's place on the board. Kenneth Aycock, Roosevelt, was elevated to the position of general manager man-ager of the 'company, and Robert Rob-ert L. Marimon, Salt Lake, was chosen vice-president. Other directors di-rectors are W. A. Banks, of Vernal; A. C. Emert, of Roosevelt, Roose-velt, and W. H. Coltharp, of Hayden, is president of the board. All except Mr. Ashton have served the company in the past.. |
