Show LeetoeBeoneti Fern Houston FAREWELL PARTY Mrs. W. H. Coltharp entertained for Mr. and Mrs. Ned Bellon at a farewell party before they leave for their new venture at Elko, Nevada. Mr. and Mrs. Dee Orser, Mr. and Mrs. Wiley Baucum of Vernal, Lawrence Pack, Mrs. Eve Ashton and Mrs. Jessie Orser, Mr. and Mrs. Ned Coltharp and Mr. and Mrs. Dick Coltharp were the guests. Mr. and Mrs. George Houston and Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Yack attended the Legion dance at Roosevelt, Roos-evelt, Saturday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Miller, of Joplin, Mo., were weekend guests at the home of J. A. Houston. Mrs. Miller is a niece of Mr. Houston. Mr. and Mrs. Ned Coltharp accompanied ac-companied her father, Arthur Gow, as far as Salt Lake City, on his return home after having visited here a week. His home is in Oakland, Oak-land, Calif. HOLD FIRESIDE CHAT Fireside Chat was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Has-lem, Has-lem, Sunday evening. Mrs. Has-lem Has-lem served a delicious lunch. Miss Lida Hartle, of Sacramento, Calif., was the speaker and her subject was "The Way to Perfection." Miss Hartle is visiting her sister, Mrs. John Haslem. |
