Show Dedication Set For Mew : Ataonf High School Bids Asked For New Addition To Junior High - The beautiful new Altamont If High School will be officially ! dedicated next Wednesday, Sept. j 28 at a specially planned pro-I pro-I gram beginning at 8:00 p.m. Ac- cording to Rowan C. Stutz, super-j super-j intendent of schools, the public is invited to attend the program. ! Present plans call for a welcome i speech from the president of the 1 Duchesne School Board, Theron learitt. Mr. Stutz will introduce i the guests, and the main speaker will be Timer J. Hartvigsen, assistant as-sistant state superintendent of pub- lie instruction. Principal Rondo f Harmon of the Altamont school will accept the building. The dedicatory ded-icatory prayer will be given by E. L. Murphy, veteran school board member, and a former president of the Moon Lake LDS stake. The music department of Altamont Alta-mont High, under the direction of I Grant Peel, will supply choral and instrumental music. Mr. Peel will also sing a vocal solo. A portion of the building was completed early this spring and ( ws used the latter part of the school year. Make Call For Bids This week the school board is ng for bids for the new addi-, addi-, ton to the Roosevelt Junior High ool.
