Show Mrs. Violet Gemry Mrs. Bertha Angus Family Party A family party was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Percival last week. Those attending were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Percival and son, Evan. Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Percival Per-cival and family, of Ioka; Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Weight and little son, of Chicago, 111., and Mr. and Mrs. Dwain Bracken and family, of Roosevelt. Mr. and Mrs. Weight left Thursday for a visit with relatives before leaving for their home in Chicago. Chi-cago. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Gentry and daughters, Louise and Pat, left Sunday for Mt. Pleasant, where Louise will enroll for her junior year. John Fausett and buddy, Sam Stanford, came in from San Diego, Friday, for a short visit with John's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Fausett. The boys will sail Sept. 15 for Korea. Mrs. Leonard Swanson, of Concord, Calif., and Mrs. Myrtle Myr-tle Nelson, of Upalco, were visiting Mrs. Senor Mortensen, I Wednesday. Visitors at the O. A. Dart farm last week were Attorney and Mrs. B. L. Dart, of Price; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Leigh and daughter, Linda, of Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Edward Kiel-basa Kiel-basa and daughter, Palette, Mrs. Willis Dart and little son, Donald, Don-ald, of Duchesne. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Russon, of Roosevelt, visited Mrs. Rus-son's Rus-son's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Reed Lemon, Friday. Ralph Dart made a trip to Salt Lake Monday of last week. Perry Young, of Mt. Emmons, accompanied him on the trip. Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Sor-enson Sor-enson and family, of Roosevelt, spent Sunday afternoon with Sherman's mother, Mrs. Olive Sorenson. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Sweat-man, Sweat-man, of Vernal, were Sunday visitors at the W. G. Gentry home. Mr. and Mrs. Don Strong and two sons, Mrs. Helen Beilfuss and daughters, Mr. and Mrs. Don Drollinger, Mr. and Mrs. Dee Drollinger and children, and Mrs. Nancy Drollinger, all of Salt Lake City, and Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Drollinger and family, of Ioka, enjoyed a wiener wien-er and corn roast at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Dart, Sunday afternoon, Sept. 5th. |
