Show Older Hugh Orovn To Oe Conference Visitor Mere Elder Hugh B. Brown, assist--and to the Quorum of Twelve, will be the presiding authority to attend the Roosevelt stake conference. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, next Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 18 and 19. Representing the general welfare committee will be Paul C. Childs. According to the president of the stake, Hollis G. Hullinger, the conference will get underway under-way Saturday at 6:30 p.m. with a stake and ward welfare meeting, meet-ing, to which all committees on welfare in the thirteen wards and the stake are expected ex-pected to attend. Elder Childs will be the prinicpal speaker at this session. At 8 o'clock Saturday, following follow-ing the welfare meeting, all stake and ward Melchizedek priesthood leaders, which include in-clude bishoprics, ward clerks, presidencies of the MIA and Sunday School of the stake are being summoned to the meeting. meet-ing. Elder Brown will address this meeting. Sunday's sessions will be held at 10 a.m. and 2 and 7:30 p.h.
