Show Plans Complete For Ladies Aid Supper The Ladies Aid held- their regular meeting Thursday afternoon af-ternoon at the home of Mrs. Fred Todd. Plans were perfected perfect-ed for the annual Harvest Supper, Sup-per, which will be held Wednesday, Wed-nesday, Sept. 2nd at the Myton Presbyterian church between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. They arranged for a special door prize to be given to the person holding the lucky dinner ticket, and the winner will indeed in-deed be lucky as your correspondent corres-pondent had a peek at the lovely love-ly wool quilt which members of the Ladies Aid quilted for the occasion. A committee reported re-ported that an interesting program pro-gram would entertain the public pub-lic during the serving hours. This event is always welcomed as everyone is aware of the excellence ex-cellence of the meal prepared by the members of the society. Mrs. Todd served a delicious lunch at the close of the meeting meet-ing with the following guests present: Mrs. Ted Thomas, Mrs. I. R. Tuttle, Mrs. Lou Milner, Mrs. Bliss Lott, Mrs. Homer Robinson, Mrs. Carlos Clark, Mrs. Lionel Babcock, Mrs. W. E. Burton, Mrs. W. R. Harris, and Mrs Axtell, who was a visitor. - Mr. and Mrs. Dean Peterson and two daughters, left Sunday on the first leg of the journey to their home in Taft, Calif. They will visit Mrs. Peterson's mother, Mrs. W. C. Hancock, in Salt Lake City, a few days before be-fore completing their trip homeward. |
