Jewkes and Fredwyn Jewkes as Trus-tor(s) Trus-tor(s) and recorded in Book 851 at Page 969 of Official Records, Re-cords, in the Office of the County Recorder of Davis County, Utah, on the 22nd day of Dec. 1980, describing land therein as follows: All of Unit No. J-2, Oakridge Village Condominiums Con-dominiums as the same are defined, established and identified on the Record Re-cord of Survey Map of Oakridge Village Condominiums, Con-dominiums, recorded August 31, 1978, in Book 726, Page 398 of Official Records. Together with an undivided undi-vided interest in and to the common area as established in the Maps and Declarations. Together with and subject to easements as of record. Said obligation including a Note for the principal sum of $102,000.00. A breach of, and default in, the obligations for which such Deed is security has occurred in that the Trustor(s) are delinquent delin-quent on the payments under said Trust Deed and Note. By reason of such default, the Beneficiary under such Deed has executed and delivered deli-vered to said Trustee a written declaration of default and demand de-mand for sale, and has deposited depo-sited with said Trustee such deed and all documents evidencing obligations secured se-cured thereby and has declared de-clared and does hereby declare all sums secured thereby immediately im-mediately due ad payable and has elected and does hereby elect to cause the trust property proper-ty to be sold to satisfy the obli- |
