Show AMENDED NOTICE OF TRUST EE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the front steps of the Davis County Courthouse in Farmington, Davis County, Utah on November 1, 1982 at 3:30 P.M. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed executed by M. James Snarr and Geraldine Snarr, husband and wife, as trustors, in favor of Overland Thrift & Loan as trustee and beneficiary, benefici-ary, covering real property located lo-cated at 254 Spencer, Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Davis County, Utah, and more particularly described as: All of Lot 12, LAKE-VIEW LAKE-VIEW HILLS SUBDIVISION, SUBDI-VISION, PLAT "A," a subdivision of part of Section 30, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base Meridian, Meri-dian, in the City of Farmington, according to the official plat thereof.
