BOUNTIFUL -Gene Pere-sich, Pere-sich, of Bountiful, has been appointed deputy state chairman chair-man of the Utah Republican Party, supervising political division di-vision activities. ACCORDLNG to Utah GOP Chairman Charles Akerlow, Mr. Peresich will be responsible responsi-ble for supervising the party's voter identification, registration registra-tion and turnout activities, and for providing candidate campaign cam-paign targeting data. He previously supervised the party's 1982 candidate recruitment re-cruitment and political education educa-tion activities. MR. PERESICH, who is Davis County's Republican Party chairman, received the party's Outstanding County Chairman Award for 1979-81, and was the county GOP platform plat-form chairman in 1981.
