Chief adjudicator for the competition will be Wayne Downey, musical director of ihe Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps, Concord, Calif. LN ADDITION to the com-' com-' petition, highlights will include 1 the awards presentation, an exhibition by the Ute Marching Mar-ching Band, an open-format directors' seminar and participation partici-pation plaques, Hanson said. The competition is co-sponsored co-sponsored by American International Inter-national Cultural Heritage . Inc., a group of professional 1 people dedicated to quality ' educational travel experience i for students. Tickets to either the preliminary or final competition competi-tion only cost $2. Both cornel corn-el petitions and other events are S3, with children under six admitted free.
