Show TilOflTlV ELL Bettie Mower Has Call To Serve In Mission Field Delmer Hamblin, son of Bishop James E. Hamblin, has received his missionary call. He will enter the Mission Home on April 13th. There will be a farewell party held in the Montwel ward chapel on April 11 for Delmer. Cakes and pies will be auctioned off to raise money to help him in the mission field. Speakers at Sacrament meeting were Frank Thompson, Ed Hullinger, Hul-linger, James Hamblin and Bishop James E. Larsen. Mr. and Mrs. Lamar Wilson and baby, of Roosevelt, have visited at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Newt Miller for the past week. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Murdock, of Roosevelt, were visitors one evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Newt Miller. Mr. and Mrs. Devan Fenn and family viisted one day with Mr. and Mrs. Gail Lorranger. Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Brown and Frank Thompson were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Roberts, Rob-erts, Sunday. NEW ASSISTANTS Douglas Brown, the new Montwel Mont-wel ward Sunday School superintendent, superin-tendent, chose as his assistants Howard Crapo and James Powell Those attending general conference confer-ence from here were Bishop James E. Larsen and his counselors Edward Ed-ward Hullinger and Frank Thompson. Thomp-son. Mrs. Frank Thompson, accompanied accom-panied by Mr. and Mrs. Zeary Mathews of Roosevelt, went to Ogden and other outside points to visit their friends and relatives. Mrs. Thompson and Mrs. Mathews are sisters. Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Powell and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Thompson attended at-tended the funeral of Joseph Arnold Ar-nold at Gusher last week. Mr. Arnold Ar-nold was Mrs. Powell's grandfather. grand-father. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Perry have gone to Pleasant Grove and Salt Lake to visit friends and relatives for a few days. James E. Hamblin came home from Salt Lake City for a few days and then was rushed back to the Salt Lake LDS Hospital for further medical care Mrs Hamblin Hamb-lin is staying with him till he is out of danger. s " DRAMA NIGHT AT MIA Tuesday night was the Mutual's drama night. Three short plays were put on by the Mutual classes and enjoyed by everyone there. Mr and Mrs. Marion Bowman were visitors of the ward on Sunday. Sun-day.
