Show WHITEROCKS Madeena Smith Marinus Christensen was home this week from Rangely, visiting his family. Mrs. Velda Anderton has been staying at the J. O. Hoops home this week, caring for her mother, who has been ill with the flu the last two weeks. Mrs. Eva Trujillo, Mr. and Mrs. Jerald Trujillo, Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Clin-ton Neilson were in Whiterocks on business Wednesday. The Bishop Ellingfords' and Stanley Hoops' babies were taken to the doctor on Wednesday. The children are suffering from the flu. MOVES TO NEOLA The Francis Crozier family moved to Neola on Thursday to make their home. Don Simmons has bought their place and is moving mov-ing from Deep Creek. Mrs. Dora Griffin and Junita Montest were about the ward on Thursday, gathering funds for the Red Cross. Mr. and Mrs. Art Allen made a business trip to Fort Duchesne on Friday. Those attending the funeral of James Trujillo at Vernal from here were Charley Quichapoo and family, Mr. and Mrs. Leland Moos-man, Moos-man, Mrs. Ora Ellingford, Mrs. Matilda Moosman, Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Robb, Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Smith, J. Mrs. Doris Cloward left Friday of last week for an extended visit vis-it with her daughter, Patsy, in San Francisco. The Elbert Smith family went to Salt Lake on Saturday to attend at-tend the priesthood meeting and conference. |
