Located in the recently re-cently renovated Swain building, build-ing, the proprietors are Orin Swain and Clive Sprouse. On Saturday evening Mr. and Mrs. Parley Rawlings entertained enter-tained at a buffet supper and dancing party at the Legion hall in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Tuttle, who are leaving March 2 for Provo. where Mr. Tuttle will enter the B.Y.U. for additional ad-ditional studies. ' The Carnival, sponsored by the Girls and Boys club, of Whiterocks. at the gym Friday was a great success. Proceeds were used to buy uniforms for the band. The Moon Lake stake "Old Time" dance in celebration of Washington's birthday, was held in the Mt. Emmons ward hall last Friday. A prize was given to the Boneta ward for the best dancing and Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Mitchell, of Upalco, won the prize for the best costumes. 10 Years Ago To express their appreciation for his leadership and his many years of service to the people as president of the Roosevelt stake, qver 500 people gathered in the Roosevelt ward hall "Wednesday evening1 to honor Byron O. Harrison was elected elect-ed president of the Roosevelt Fish and Game club at the annual an-nual election held Tuesday. Marrell Wilkins Wil-kins was, for the third time, selected to handle the secretary-treasurer office of the organization. or-ganization. Retiring president. J. V. The Roosevelt city council met in regular session Monday evening and elected Louis Galloway Gal-loway to the council to take the place of councilman Christy Anderson, An-derson, who resigned at the last meeting on account of other oth-er duties.
