Show FORMER ROOSEVELT ' RESIDENT IN PORTLAND HOSPITAL Mrs. Leone Galloway of Portland, Port-land, Oregon, formerly of Roosevelt, Roose-velt, sent word to the Roosevelt Standard that she would like to thank all her friends and relatives for their many wonderful cards and letters which she has received while being confined the past six weeks to the Good Samaritan Hospital (Room 404), in Portland. Mrs. Galloway suffered a broken brok-en neck about six weeks ago when she slapped and fell while stepping out of the elevator in the department depart-ment store where she has been employed em-ployed in the millinery department. At the time she wrote a note to her sister, Mrs. Cliff Drollinger, she mentioned that her neck was in traction and that she had been in the hospital for 38 days. After being released from the hospital Mrs. Galloway will be required to wear a body brace for several months. Her many friends in the Basin wish her a speedy recovery with no further complications. |
