Perry, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Maxfield, who has been in the hospital for several days with pneumonia, had -his lungs treated Tuesday. Dean Reay has purchased the Chase Watterson farm, 1 mile North of town, then traded it to Albert Clark for his farm South West of Altonah. Mrs. Maxine Clark was in Vernal last week having dental work done. Mr. and Mrs. Fay Prows and family returned to Altonah Wednesday Wed-nesday after spending several months in Salt Lake City where their son has been treated for a skull fracture. Von Timothy returned home from Mounds last week where he has been employed. Mrs. Burke Shiner and son of Mt. Emmons were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Less Shiner Shin-er last week. Mrs. Fenton Powell left last week for Provo, where she will take medical treatments. Mrs. Dan Clark and small daughter went to Price Friday to receive dental care. Jim Timothy and son, Glade and Clarence Smith were in Duchesne Du-chesne on business Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Glade Timothy entertained a group of friends at a party Wednesday night. High Five was played with Iris Lou McConkie and Dave Carroll winning win-ning high prize. Refreshments were seryed tQ Mr. and Mrs. George Berrett and. sons, George and.
