Mrs. Marie Benson left by bus Thursday to go to Los Angeles, California to make an extended visit with her son, Theron Benson Ben-son and family. Kenneth Benson returned Sunday Sun-day from Salt Lake City where he has been having dental work done. The MIA are preparing to put on a play in the near future. Work meeting was held Tuesday. Tues-day. A good crowd attended and the time was spent sewing. At the close of meeting those whose birthdays came in January were entertained by the committee for this month. Refreshments were served. Mr. and Mrs. John Angus visited Sunday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lcland 'Angus and family in Roosevelt. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Remund and daughters, Eva Ra and Carolyn Caro-lyn of Duchesne were Ioka visitors visit-ors Sunday. EaVette and Alton D. Percival are on the sick list this week. Shoppers in Roosevelt Wednesday Wed-nesday were Mrs. William Gentry, Gen-try, Mrs. Tom Gentry, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Percival, Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Webb, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Lloyd, Mr. , and Mrs. P. C. Johnson and Archie Benson Ben-son and Ralph Miles. Mrs. Orie Cook and son, Edgar Ed-gar Wiley were visiting Mrs. Hugh Percival Thursday. |
