Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Uintah County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless un-less otherwise designated, all locations lo-cations being from USB & M. 15591 John J. Horrocks, Whiterocks, Utah, 1 sec. ft. for irrigation use from April 1 to Nov. 15 from Farm Creek at a point S. 337 ft. and W. 1405 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 23, T2N, R1W. . The water will be diverted and conveyed 5000 ft. in a ditch and used to irrigate 40 acres of land embraced within SWV4SWV4 Sec. 24, TIN, R1W. 16019 J. A. Houston, Roosevelt, Roose-velt, Utah, .015 sec. ft. for domestic do-mestic use from a 4-in. well bet. 50 and 100 ft. deep at a point N. 1255 ft. and W. 105 ft. from SE cor. Sec. 29, T1S, R1W. 16046 F. E. Harmston, Roosevelt, Roose-velt, Utah, .015 sec. ft. for domestic do-mestic use from a 4-in-well bet. 50 and 100 ft. deep at a point N. 65 ft. and E. 1255 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 19, T1S, R IE. 16069 Ray G. Labrum Roosevelt, Roose-velt, Utah, 8 sec. ft. of water from Montez Creek, tributary to Uintah River at either or both of the following points: (1) N. 641 ft. and E. 24 ft. from WV4 Cor. Sec. 5; (2) S. 514 ft. and,E. 1191 ft. from NW cor. Sec' 8; both in T2S, R1E. The water so diverted will be conveyed in a ditch, a total distance of 16550 ft, where it will be used to irrigate ir-rigate native grasses and for washing alkali from the soil on 440 acres of land embraced within with-in Sees. 5, 8, 17 T2S, R1E. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications applica-tions with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, En-gineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, with a fee of $1 on or before March 10, 1945.
