Show Empressive Rites Heid For Mrs. Eva Lewis Impressive funeral services were held Thursday at 2 o'clock in the Roosevelt Ward chapel for Mrs. Eva Lewis, who died Sunday at the Roosevelt hospital. Bishop Horace J. Ritchie of the Roosevelt Ward conducted the services; the following program was given: Preliminary music by Mrs. LaVerne Heiner; vocal duet by Bernice Palfreyman and Avard Rlgby accompanied by Mrs. Heiner ,fJesus, Lover of My Soul"; invocation by Dan Mitchell; address, Willard Day; vocal solo, Avard A. Rigby, "Our Yesterdays"; chorus by the high school girls, The Teacher's Work is Done";, address, ad-dress, John E. Wiscombe: vocal solo, "In the Garden", Bernice Palfreyman; remarks of appreciation apprec-iation by the Bishop; benediction benedic-tion by Hollis Hullinger; dedication dedi-cation of the grave by Lee Angus. An-gus. The pall bearers were Glen Lambert, Horace Day. Lee Angus, An-gus, Milton Benson, Cloyd Col-lett Col-lett and George Huntsman. The following were present at the funeral services: Mr. and Mrs. Glen Lambert and daughter, daugh-ter, Enid of Vernal: Mr. and Mrs. Horace Day and daughter, Gwen of Fillmore; Mr. and Mrs. Milton Benson and daughter, Jacquelta of Hyrum; Major and Mrs. George Huntsman and Mr. and Mrs. Cloyd Collett and children, chil-dren, Grant, Geniel and Merrill Ann of Salt Lake City and Guy Lewis who is attending the Medical Med-ical school at the University of Utah. and.
