Show DUP Poplar Camp holds Oct. meeting man. She told of hardships among the early Saints who migrated to Mexico during the 1880's. Betsy Long gave the lesson on 100 years ago - 1885 covering highlights of this period. The meeting adjourned and refreshments re-freshments were served. Nineteen members attended. The opening meeting of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers -Lone Poplar camp was held recently recent-ly at the home of Mona Bunting, Elva Davis was co-hostess. ZADA MCKAY from the County DUP attended encouraging them to build up memberships and write histories. Captain Mona Bunting was called cal-led to the presidency of the 27th Ward Relief Society and asked to be released. The new captain was Myrtle Jeppson, installed at the-meeting. the-meeting.
