Show Rucker-Rix wed V Lynette N. Rucker and Brad K. Rix were married Friday, Sept. 20 at the McCune Mansion by Bishop Elton L. Faler. THE BRIDE is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Rucker of Bountiful. The groom of North Salt Lake is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Rix. The couple was honored at a rehearsal re-hearsal dinner at Mullboon's the night before the reception given by the groom"s parents. The reception was held at the McCune Mansion with dancing held after the line. THE BRIDE wore a white satin gown with chapel length pearl and bead embroidered train. The fitted lace bodice was also embroidered with pearls, sequins and bugel beads. The gown was designed and made by Ora Thompson. The bride wore a French lace veil brought from England by her mother-in-law. She carried a bouquet bou-quet of white gardenias, freesig and stephanotis. BRIDESMAIDS were Laurie Rucker, Annette Griffin and Deidre Hyde. They wore different colored pastel satin tea length dresses. dres-ses. Mothers wore tea length blue and peach dresses. Flower girl was Ebony Rucker with Brandon Griffin Grif-fin performing ring bearer duties. MR. AND MRS. BRAD K. RIX Doug Megaris performed best man duties. Also in the line were Dave Rix and Danny Hyde. They wore black tuxes with different colored col-ored pastel ties and cummerbunds. THE BRIDE was honored with parties given by Annette Griffin. Debbie Rix, Jody Rix, Cathy Kay, and Deidre Hyde. The couple spent their honeymoon honey-moon in Canada and are making their home in Salt Lake City. |
