Show New Wool Auction Sale Outlined A new departure in the wool trade practice of this country is being be-ing inaugurated by the Merrion and Wilkins Sheep and Wool (mrnis-sion (mrnis-sion Company of Ogden, Utah, in the way of an auction sale, June 12, announces Russell Wilkins, Manager Man-ager of the Firm Tuesday. "Much of the waste in transportation transpor-tation and buying costs can be eliminated elim-inated through the assembling of small lots at one place so that the producer can obtain capacity load shipments. And, inasmuch as each consignment will be sold individually, individu-ally, good wools will not be penalized pena-lized as is often the case when they are sold in pools or collectively with poorer wools." The Merrion and Wilkins Company Com-pany will use the Coliseum at the Ogden Stockyards in which to hold the auction. They are equipped to accept consignments now or any time prior to June 1st, and will furnish storage and insurance free to the consignors, Mr. Wilkins reports. re-ports.
