An almost miraculous escape from serious Injury was experienced by Ray Shelley and Byron Crookston Tuesday afternoon as they were returning re-turning from Salt Lake in Mr. Shelley's Shel-ley's truck. A man from Sprlng-ville, Sprlng-ville, swerving out to avoid another car, crashed into the Shelley machine. ma-chine. Ten Years Ago Now Miss Mada Shelley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George F. Shelley, who is a student at the B. Y. U., was awarded the Mrs. Elsie C. Carroll medal for the best short story at the B. Y. U. girls' exercises. In the absence of Mrs. Carroll, the medal was presented to Miss Shelley by Professor Alice Reynolds. Ten Years Ago Now Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Buckwalter announce an-nounce the engagement of their daughter, Mildred, to Dr. F. K. Sullivan, Sul-livan, the marriage to take place next Wednesday. Dr. Sullivan is a dentist at Mt.
