Show Election notice toailj To all Qualified ment and UI6fl To all qualified electors of American Fork City, Utah County, Utah: Take notice that on the 8th day of November, 1983, a special bond election will be held in American Fork City, Utah County, Utah (the "City"), at the same time and in conjunction with the general election, at the place set out below for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of the City the following propositions: Proposition I Shall the City Council of American Fork City, Utah, be authorized to issue general obligation health care bonds in an amount not to exceed three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000), for the purpose of defraying all or a portion, of the cost of remodeling the old hospital into a nursing home, and acquiring and installing equip ment and appurtenances ap-purtenances for said facilities; and for payment of expenses reasonably incurred in connection with said remodeling and the authorization and issuance of said bonds and such additional amount as may be necessary to provide moneys for the refunding of all or part of the bonds authorized hereunder at or prior to the maturity thereof including costs of issuance of such refunding bonds;' said bonds to be due and payable in not to exceed twenty (20) years from the date of said bonds? The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. There will be no special registration of voters for the special bond election, and the official register last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election; except ex-cept that all persons registered to vote in the general election held concurrently with this special bond election shall be considered registered to vote in the special bond election.
