J . I TASHA CARSON Utah nurses sponsor drug-alcoh- ol workshop What happens to a nurse who has become alcoholic or dependent on other drugs? In the past, she or he was either ignored or fired to move on to another institution and continue giving patient care. There is a better way, says the Utah Nurses Association (UNA), who is a workshop devoted entirely to problems involving the chemically-impaire- d nurse. Registration is now open for the workshop, "The Nurse with Chemical Dependency". It will be held November 10-1- 1 at the ' Marriott Hotel in Salt Lake City. It is sponsored by UNA, the Utah State Board of Nursing and the Licensed Practical Nurse Association of Utah. 1 kitchenJ IJ Versatile I Muffins By CAROLYN KURR WARDLE Sjl What is delicious for breakfast, a I I tasty accompaniment with soup and salad, or can be eaten just as a jnack?
