The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. There will be no special registration of voters for the special bond election, and the official register last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election; ex-cept that all persons registered to vote in the general election held concurrently with this special bond election shall be considered registered to vote in the special bond election.
