He was born March 29, 1898, in CumminKs, Kan., the son of Edmond K. and Anna Eliza Hurst Hall. He married Nida Mary Adamson June 18, 1919, in Salt IakeCity. The marriage was later solemni7xd in the Salt Irfike IJ)S Temple. He was an avid outdoorsman, a farmer, a carpenter who worked on the construction of U.S. Steel's Geneva Plant. He is survived by his wife of American Fork; six sons and four daughters, Clayton and Keith Hall, both of Highland; Robert and Edmund, both of American Fork; Jay, Murray; James 1)., Spring City, Utah; Mrs. Harold (ik'tty) Han-cock, Pleasant Grove; Mrs. Merrill (Alta) Ewell, Spanish Fork; Mrs. Joseph (Ella Mae) Stoker, Hrigham City; Mrs. Mark (Diane) Taylorn, Glenwood, Utah; 55 grand-children; 110 great grandchildren; and two great great grand-children. Funeral services were held Monday in the American Fork 27th Ward Chapel. Burial was in the American Fork City Cemetery. Dellos W. Morrill, 79, Pleasant Grove, died Oct. 13, 1983, at the American Fork Hospital. He was born Nov. 5, 1903, in Marysville to William George and Ellen Mae Adams Morrill. He married Pearl Covington April 2, 1926 in the Manti LDS Temple. She died June 16, 1936. He married Lourie Meeks Oct. 18, 1937, in the Manti LDS Temple. She died Aug. 3, 1982. He was a member of the LDS Church and was a high priest in the Pleasant Grove Fourth LDS Ward. He served an LDS mission to Texas, and later served a building mission to England and Scotland. He was a carpenter, rancher and sawmill operator. He is survived by five daughters and four sons: Mrs. LeGrand (Colleen) Beckstrom, West Jordan; Mrs. Kenneth (Karon) Beckstrom, West Jordan; Mrs. Blaine (Sandra) Nash, Layton; Mrs. Rodney (Venetta) Davenport, Clearfield; Mrs. Carl (Linda) Hansen and Rondall Morrill, American Fork ; Wenzel Morrill, Winsted, Conn.; Phyl C. Morrill, Torrey; and Lindon Morrill, Spanish Fork. Also, 45 grand-children and 22 great grandchildren; four sisters and two brothers: Mrs. Sidney (Ila) Clark, Draper; Mrs. Orland (Ora) Mason, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Joe (Donna) Zimmerman, Riverton, Conn.; Mrs. Pratt (LaPreal) Taylor, Loa; Merlin Morrill, Torrey; and Milo Morrill, Sandy. Services were under the direction of Bishop Robert Davis of the Pleasant Grove Fourth Ward. Pallbearers were Ron Morrill, Kirk Beckstrom, Kent Beckstrom, Bradley Nash, Andy Nash, John Hansen- and honorary ballbearers were the Fourth Ward High Priests Group. The family prayer was given by Phyl Morrill and the prelude and postlude were played by Rosalie Jacklin. The invoca-tion was by Milo Morrill. Carl Hansen recited the life sketch and Blaine Beckstrom presented a vocal solo, "How Great Thou Art." A speaker was Robert Hicks followed by a piano solo, "Love One Another" by Lynette Morrill. Bishop Davis gave remarks and a vocal duet, "Invocation" was sung by Robert Hicks and Hazel Bullock accompanied by Zoe James. The benedic-tion was by Randall "Morrill. The dedicatory prayer at the Grover Cemetery in Wayne County, Utah was by Lindon Morrill. He had teen an employee of salt Lake Stamp since ge 14, in various jobs I ranging from delivery ' boy to top salesman. He ,9 also owner and operator of Kazco Manufacturing Com- - in Pleasant pany Grove. He was commonly known as Wils in the world of softball, and ) was an active participant and ' sponsor of numerous I teams over the past 35 I years. ,He was the Western Regional player representative for the J Amateur Softball Association at the time a of his death. He was elected to the Pleasant Grove Hall of Fame and was recipient of the John Bartholomew Award in 1971 for his , service to the Utah softball program. For his outstanding teamwork and ability in furthering softball, he was named as an AMmerican at the " ' national tournament in Casey, HI. in 1977. r His greatest honor was being able to play ' softball on the' Wils Family Team, made up . . of seven sons, a father and retired, Carlsbad, Calif.; William Wade Wilson of Salt I,ake City; Georgina May Baldridge of lindon; Warrant Officer Ronald Edmund Wilson, U.S. Marine Corps, Kailua, Hawaii. Funeral was Monday in the Pleasant Grove 5th LDS Ward. Services were under the direction of Bishop Frank Mills of the Pleasant Grove Fifth Ward. Pallbearers were Clarence's sons, Chad, Kevin, Dennis, Garth, Lonnie, Jeff and Quentin and Dennis Miller. Honorary pallbearers were all the friends of Clarence. The family prayer was by Clarence Wilson, Sr. The prelude and postlude were played by Susan Roylance. The invoca-tion was by Ronald Wilson. The life sketch was by Rebecca Miller. Speakers were Bishop Bert Holfeltz and Paul Allen. . A music medley was performed by Beverly Wilson. Additional speakers were Jay Johnson, and Gordon Allred. A musical selection, "Memories" was given by Alexander Forbes accompanied by Alexa F. Gale. Bishop Mills gave remarks and the benediction was by Clarence M. (Chad) Wilson, III. Joseph C. Wilson dedicated the grave. Interment was in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery. The family suggests contributions to the Utah Cancer Society or the Pleasant Grove 5th Ward Missionary Fund. LaRita Alexander Colledge, 71, died Oct. 14, 1983, at her home in Lehi, after a lingering illness. She was born July 20, 1912 in Spanish Fork, a daughter of David William Patten and Nancy Caroline Holt .Alexander. She married Joseph Manferd College on Oct. 22, 1947 in Provo, and their marriage was later solemnized in the Provo LDS Temple. She had previously been married and divorced. In LDS Church positions she had served as Sunday School coordinator and teacher, and Relief LA RITA COLLEDGE Society teacher. She retired from work at the State Training School in American Pork after 20 years of service. Surviving are her husband of Lehi; three sons and two daughters, Dennis A. Schiess, Mrs. Nancy K. Bonds and Mrs. Arnold (DcAnn) Cardon, all of Ix'hi; Gaylen Joe Colledge of Ogden; and lalM Colledge of American Fork; 13 grandchildren; one great grandchild; two brothers and three sisters, Murphey D. Alexander of Spanish Fork; IaRay Alex- - ander and Mrs. Leona A. Bailey, both of Blanding; Mrs. Sarah A. Mendenhall of Provo; Mrs. Bert (Clella) A. Simmons of Ixs Angeles, Calif. Services were held Tuesday, Oct. 18, at 1 p.m. in the Lehi Seventh-Twelft- h LDS Ward chapel. Burial was in the Iehi City Cemetery. CLARENCE M. WILSON, JR. He. was a High Priest in the Pleasant Grove 5th LDS Ward, where he held many church positions. He was serving on the High Council at the time of his death. He enjoyed working with the youth. Surviving are his wife of Pleasant Grove; a daughter and seven sons, Rebecca (Lynn) Miller of Murray; Clarence Marcele III "Chad" Wilson of Orem; Lonnie Edwin Wilson of Magna; Quentin Ray Wilson of Carlsbad, Calif.; Jeffrey DeVere Wilson, Keven Lee Wilson and Dennis Marc Wilson, all of Pleasant Grove; and Elder Garth Raymond Wilson at the Missionary Training Center in Provo; 10 grandchildren; his parents of Pleasant Grove; three brothers and two sisters, Lilly Marcella Wessman of Henderson, Nev.; Capt. Joseph Charles Wilson, U.S. Marine Corps J Ileen J. Roberts Ileen Johnson Roberts, 68, died Monday, Oct. 17 in the American Fork Hospital. She was born March 30, 1915 in Lehi, the daughter of Melvin Ibeodore and Sarah Reever Johnson. She married Allen Cook. They were later divorced. She married Glen C. Roberts July 9, 1950 in Ely, Nev. She was a housewife "id a member of the LDS Church. She is survived by her husband of American Fork, son, Robert Cook, Salt Lake City; two grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Leda Walker, Bountiful. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Oct. 20 at 11 a.m. at the Wing Mortuary Chapel, 118 E. Main Street, Lehi. There will be no viewing. Burial will be in the Lehi City Cemetery. ILEEN J.
