Show New correspondent seeks news in Lindon Forty-six years ago today she was introduced into this many-splendored many-splendored world by a country doctor in the wilds of New Mexico. She is Gwen Peterson, the new Review reporter who will be handling the news from I indon. She is happy and grateful for life and the freedom to live it here in this beautiful valley, among gracious and warm people. Her family moved to Blanding when she was nine and her growing up years there are among her happiest memories. She. Hie family moved here to leasant Grove last December after m, Bryce, came down to visit Iwen's sister, LaRee Nooner and ided up falling in love with the thool and deciding to stay. They are grateful to her and her husband, Don, for their many kindnesses to him and for being instrumental in their decision to live here in this lovely place. When Gwen was a little girl on that vast New Mexico desert she longed to meet everyone in the whole world. Of those she has met so far, she is convinced that those in this valley rank the highest in genuine concern, warmth and understanding of others. She would like to thank everyone who has helped them feel so at home here. "How wonderful it would be if these qualities could over-flow these great mountain-tops to spread joy and peace to a troubled world," Gwen added.
