' Cub Pack 3834 readies the scenery for thier skit and knife safety demonstration for the Scout-O-Rama which will be held Saturday at Lindon Park. Scout-O-Rama Scheduled for Saturday in Lindon Timpanogos District of the Boy Scouts of America will hold its annual Scout-A-Rama Saturday in the Lindon Park from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. According to Dean Davis, committeeman, com-mitteeman, the event will be packed with activities all day long with both Scouts and Cubs participating. Booths will be set up by the various troups and paks for the instruction and entertainment of those in at tendance. The district area has been canvassed can-vassed by scouts and cubs selling tickets. Tickets are available at the door for those who have not had an opportunity to purchase them. Mr. Davis also reported that Wade Peterson of Pack 3834 of the Pleasant Grove 13th Ward, son of Tom and Beth Peterson, received a fifth place award for selling 30 tickets to the Scout-A-Rama. Wade received a shovel for his efforts. Skits, and other demonstrations will be held during the day at the scout-a-rama. The public is encouraged en-couraged to attend. Boys who have sold the most tickets overall will receive a bicycle for first place and a jogging trampoline for second place. |
