Now, to add to its nu: iber, it has a;: . authentic French eatery, Lolo's L- Marine. Opened in time for Christmas, Christ-mas, on December 23rd, Lolo's, as the names implies, specializes in seafood but dabbles in anything French. In fact when asked what the main characteristic of the new venture is, part-owner Rob Morris replied that it is very French. Lolo's does not cater to American tastes, but insists on keeping its integrity by serving things in the French manner. For that reason, do not look for a vegetable with your dinner, except a potato and a salad. You can also count on French wines, at least 80 percent of the time, with the balance being from California. Lolo offers approximately the same menu in his new restaurant as he does in his other bistro. It is located in Port Grimaud, France, right -on the Riviera. He plans to operate here for six months and in France for six months of every year. While the restaurant is mainly a dinner house, they do plan to open next week for lunch too. The lunch menu will feature, lighter fare, mainly soup and salad. As you walk in the front door of Lolo's, you'll see a gleaming black and copper thing. You'll probably be able to identify it as having something to do with cooking, cook-ing, but not be able to say exactly what. Don't feel bad, since its they only one in the western United States.
