Although first-time visitors may find our liquor laws unusual, if you keep in mind these ways to purchase liquor in Utah you'll have no problem. State liquor stores offer a large selection of alcoholic beverages. You must be 21 years of age to purchase or consume alcohol in Utah. Package agencies in several Park City locations offer UTAH LIQUOR LAWS a few brands of each type of liquor. Mini-bottle stores, located in several local restaurants, sell mini bottles and splits of wine to drink with your meal on the premises. Restaurants will sell set ups and charge a corkage fee to customers. Private Clubs offer yearly and temporary memberships to visitors and residents. Private clubs sell wine, beer and mixed drinks over the bar. You can also buy beer by the glass in loungesbeer bars.
