Show Wildcats' Rydalch named 1 A state football MVP South Summit's Craig Rydalch, well know to local followers of the Park City High School football and basketball programs, was selected by the Salt Lake Tribune as the Most Valuable Player in state 1A football. Rydalch who played both tight end and defensive end for the state champion Wildcats, stands at 6'4" and weighs in at 200 pounds. He has signed a letter of intent to play football and basketball at Weber State College next year. Selected by the Tribune to the second 1A state team were three Park City players: Craig Griffin, Erich Fouse, and Geoff Palmer. Griffin, who set a P.C.H.S. receiving record in a game this year, was chosen as one of the two all-state second team receivers. Fouse and Palmer, who are best known for their running on offense, both were chosen for the defense: Fouse at linebacker, and Palmer at defensive back. |
