Colonial Savings and Loan Association is presently the owner and holder of the beneficial interest in-terest under said Deed of Trust and Terry L. Christiansen, Attorney, is the successor Trustee. Notice is hereby given that the obligations evidence by the February 20, 1981 Note, the performance perfor-mance of which is secured by said Deed of Trust, is in default in that the Trustor has failed to pay all sums due and owing for the month of January, 1984, in the amount of $2,516.92 per month, and for the months of Febrary, 1984 through June, 1984 in the amount of $2,461.70 per month.
