Sale of condominium units will begin immediately with residential The Cornice Development, renamed Vantage Point, has been acquired by Park City Resort Plaza , Ltd., a partnership of Turnmar Development Company and Collier Management and Development, according ac-cording to a spokesman for Turnmar Companies. The Vantage Point Project is a four-level condominiumretail complex com-plex with three levels of underground un-derground parking located at the Park City Resort Plaza adjacent to the ski lift. The complex consists of 20 luxury condominium units with a total residential area of 21,252 square occupancy slated for late 1984. Don Sturges of Park City Village Associates will be in charge of condominium con-dominium marketing. Leasing will be arranged by Collier Management & Development. Turnmar, an 11-year-old company with developments in several western states, has developed a retail and office of-fice building at 608 Main Street. |
