Show NOTICE OF DELINQUENCY. Pursuant to Section 278 of the Compiled Com-piled Iaws of Utah, 1907. and tho authority au-thority vested in me by said section, I, the undersigned, THOMAS B. FARR. Treasurer of Ogden City, Weber We-ber County, Utah, hereby give public notice that a special tax amounting to 195.00 Dollars has been levied for Sewer District No. 105 for the pur-pose pur-pose of constructing P!po Sewers In I said district by an ordinance duly passed by the City Council of Ogden City, Utah, and approved by the Mayor of said City on August 10th, 1910, said taxes being levied on all of the abutting property on the following Streets comprising said Sewer District No. 105: All that part of 27th Street from Madison to Jefferson Avenues; 20th Street fiom Quincy to Harrison Avenue; Binfurd Av. from Quincy to Jackson Aveuues; Jackson Ave. from 25th to 27th Streets; Qulncy Ao. from 20th to 27th Streets; 21st Street front Jackson to Harrison Ave.; Oak Street, Jackson to Harrison Ave., and Wash.nglon Ave. from 20th Street to Ogden River Bridge. , The said tax is- payable in 5 Installments: Install-ments: The first installment becomes delln-quent delln-quent September 29th, 1910 The second Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent August 10th, 1911. The third installment becomes de-' llnqnent August 10th, 1912. Tho fourth Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent August 10th, 1913. The fifth Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent August 10th, 19t4. Each of said Installments, except the first, shall draw interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum, from the date of the levy as aforesaid, afore-said, and if any or either of said Installments In-stallments shall be unpaid when they become dellnqoent, Interest thereon shall be 10 per cent per annum, until such delinquent assessments are fully I paid. Said tax shall be enforced and collected as In any Other case of special tax and If not paid tho property prop-erty on which said levy Is mado will be advertised and sold according to law.
