NOTICE OF DELINQUENCY. Pursuant to section 278 of the Compiled Com-piled Iaws ol Utah. 1907, and the authority au-thority vested in me by sold section. I. the undersigned THOMAS B. FARR, treasurer of Ogden City, Weber County, Coun-ty, Utah, hereby give notice that a special tax amounting to $V50.0r) lars has been levied for Fewer district dis-trict No. 103 for the purpose of constructing con-structing pipe sewers In said district by an ordinance duly passed by tho City Council of Ogden City. Utah, and approved by tho Mayor of said city on July 20th, 1910. said taxes being levied lev-ied ou al! of the abutting property on tho following streets comprising said sewer district No. 103. all that part of Mofiit's Iane from Twenty second to Twenty-third streets, and Capitol avenue from Qulncy to Van Buren avenues. The said tax i3 pajable In 5 installments: install-ments: The first installment becomes delinquent de-linquent Sepiembcr Sth. 1910. The second Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent July 2th, 1911. The third Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent July 2'ith. 1912. The fourth Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent July 2("th, 1913. The fifth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent July 20th. 1914. Each of said Installment, except the first, shall draw Interest at the rate of 7 per cent pr annum, from the date of the levy ns aforesaid. fnd If any or either of snld Instalments shall be unpaid when they berorue de-JInquent, de-JInquent, interest thereon shall be 10 per cent per annum, until such delinquent delin-quent assessments are fully paid. Said tax sball be enforced and collected as in any other case of speelal tax and if not paid the property on w-bich Faid levy is made will be advertis'd and sold according to law.
