Show stallmenta; The first installment becomes delinquent de-linquent September 29ih, 1910 The second installment becomes delinquent de-linquent August 10th, 1911. The third Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent Aujtust 10th, 1912. Tho fourth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent August 10, 1913. The fifth Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent August 10th, 1911. i Each of said Installments, except the first, shall draw interest at tho rate of 7 per cent per annum, from the date of the levy as aforesaid, and if any or either of said installments shall be unpaid when they becomo delinquent, de-linquent, Interest thereon shall be 10 per cent per annum, until such delinquent delin-quent assessments are fully paid. Said tax shall be enforced and collected as in any othor enso of special-tax and if not paid tho property on which said levy is mado will bo advertised and sold according to law. FARR, Treasurer of Ogden City, Weber We-ber County, Utih, hereby glvo public notice that a special tax amounting to $8,570.00 dollars has been levied for sewer district No. 106 for the purpose pur-pose of constructing pipe sewen in said district by an ordinance duly passed by tho City Council of Ogden City, Utah, and approved by the Mayor of said cl(y on August 10th, 1910, said taxes being levied on all of the abutting abut-ting property on the following streets comprising said sewer district No 306. All that part of Twenty fifth street from Jackson to Taylor avenues, ave-nues, and Capitol avonue from Van Buren to Harrison avenues. , The said tax is payable In 5 In- |
