Show STRANGE AIITSCLES Foimdin Stomach of Man Who Died in Illinois Hospital Cairo. 111., August 23. Before Frank W. Wilson, an adrertlslng solicitor of St. Louis, died here in a hospital yesterday, yes-terday, he told tho phyBlclani he had swallowed several articles of a foreign for-eign nature and they had better put the X rnj at work. He .was operated on Sunday nlht on the theory that he was, affllctod with, appendicitis. Three incisions wero made In the man's stomach, and. according to the physicians, the following articles were removed: One shoe button hook; lady's hatpin, hat-pin, three keys; one lead poncll; ODe bck buckle; one tin toy pistol; three nells (small); on needle; one thermometer; ther-mometer; Wilson according to his physicians, had been in a depressed mental state for somo time, durln; which he swallowed anything that he could get down his throat. He formerly former-ly lived here, but a few years ago removed to St. lvmls, where he was employed. He had been in the hospital hos-pital for a month. |
