The Grand Truck Pacific railroad will b completed into Prince Rupert in 1911 or early in 1913 at tho latest, according accord-ing to announcement today by Cbarlea M. Hayes, president of the company. Rapidity of construction hinges upon labor conditions, which this jear have been very slow.
