Ross, deceased, de-ceased, on file herein, that It is necessary neces-sary to sell the whole of the estate of the daid deceased It is ordered bj the Court that all persons interested In the estate of the 6aid Alexunder D. Ross, deceased, appear ap-pear before the District Court for tuc-County tuc-County of Weber, Stale of Utah, at the Court Room thereof in said County Coun-ty and State, on tho 4th day of Juno. 1910, at 9.30 oclock In the forenoon of said day, then and there to Bhow cause.
