Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's OfBce. Salt Lake City. Utah. April 1C, 1910. Notice is hereby given that George T. Stenhouee, whose post office address Is Morgan, Utah, has made application In accordance wltb the requirements re-quirements of the Complied Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by tho Session Ses-sion Laws of Utih, 1909, to appropriate appropri-ate one-fourth (14) of a cubic-foot per second of water from Codar Hollow Hol-low Spring, Morgan County, Utah. Said spring Is situated at a point which lies 1,207 8 feet east of the south quarter corner of Section 21, Township 4 Dorth, Range 2 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. The water will ho diverted at the placo wboro It Issues from said spring and conveyed con-veyed by means of n pipe lino, ditch and a flume, for a distance of 3,000 feet and thero lined during tho period from April 1 to October 15, Inclusive, of each yvar, to Irrigate 10 acres of land embraced In Section 25. Township Town-ship 4 south, Range 2 east. Salt Iake base and meridian As much of said water as may bo necessary will be used during tho entire year for domestic do-mestic purposes. This application is 1 designated in tho State Engineer's office of-fice as No. 2952. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit la duplicate and filed in this olTice with-in with-in thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion ot tae publication of this notice.
