IN OGDEN General Superintendent Charles Ware of the Union Pacific system arrived ar-rived from the east In his private car. attached to the westbound faat mail train, at noon today, and, aftor greeting local officials, briefly, continued con-tinued on to Salt Lake to confer with Oregon Short Lino and Southern Pacific Pa-cific officials In reference to a new rtock schedule which will go into operation on the Harrlman system in the ner future. Superintendent Ware and W. D. Lincolm, superintendent of transportation transporta-tion on the Union Pacific, will remain re-main In Ogden and vicinity for several sev-eral days and before leaving for tho east they will be guests at an Informal reception tendered them fy 'President 'Presi-dent Hey wood and members of the Weber club. On their trip east these officials will bo escorted over the I'tah division di-vision by Superintendent Jeffer6 and every mile of the road between Og-rlep Og-rlep and Rawlins will undergo a rigid inspection. |
