Five interlocutory interloc-utory decrees of divorce and four final decrees were the record of Judge Morse of the district court at his weekly divorce hearing Friday afternoon. after-noon. There were no sensational cases on the calendar, as all were granted upon the grounds of desertion deser-tion or failure to support. Decrees were granted in the following follow-ing cases: Nancy B. F. C. Sinclair from Lloyd D Sinclair; desertion. Ingehorg Peterson from Frank C. Peterson; desertion. Ivy Donnelly from John Donnelly; non-support. Zlna Tuttle from W. L. Tuttle; non-support. Lewis A. West from Katella E West; desertion. The sensational case of Alice Bess against Robert E. Hess was again continued by consent for two weks. |
