Wright & Sons' j Btorc and the Central Junior high: school were being obstructed for an j unusually long period, an investigation has been carried on by thcclty commission, com-mission, which made its report this morning, The report r.tated that the tempo-1 rary sidewalks at these places were in; good condition and not taking up more,' space than is necessary.
