I BRYAN TO HELP 'DRYS' AT BOTH CONVENTIONS WASHINGTON, June 2. Willi.im Jennings Bryan in .Tn address before the Bryan Democracy club here laat night announced that he was going to the Republican natfonal convention at Chicago "to work among delegates for a dry Hopublican candidate and a dry plank In tho party's platform." At San FTancsico, Mr. Bryan aaid, he would insist that thc DemocraLs nominate an avowed "dry'" and go on record In their platform for national prohibition. Mr. Bryan predicted that thc wets, in tho Democratic ranks, if they were unable to get a wet plank in the platform, would concentrato their energies in keeping out a dry plank. He declared that the drys, hoir-ever, hoir-ever, were certain to triumph.
