RECESS OF SUPREME COURT IS ANNOUNCED WASHINGTON, June 1. After a brief executive conference following the rendering of opinions today, tho supremo court recessed until Friday. While the reason for this was not stated. It was understood to have been due to tho pending proceedings growing grow-ing out of the appointment of a receiver re-ceiver by tho court ln tho Oklahoma-Texas Oklahoma-Texas boundary cocntroversy Involving Involv-ing rich oil lands ln the Red River: valley. A number of protests have been filed with the court asking for modification of the Injunction issued in that connection by tho court.
