-uu Night Prowler Again Terrorizing Women Complaining that a man is now at large in Ogden bothering young women wo-men on the streets at night, several persons took the matter up with Ma-yor Ma-yor Frank Francis this morning and urged that every effort be made to ap-prehend ap-prehend him. The father of a young Ogden girl was one of the complainants, complain-ants, -who declared that his daughter was stopped by the man Tuesday night. A detailed description was fur nished. the police department through the father. Mayor Francis this morning urged that in case the man Is seen on the streets and persists in bothering young women, that the girls nhould immediately report the matter to the police by nearest telephone, in order that officers may be put on the trail.
